Have you ever had surgery? What for?
Now the stomach no longer has a filter. It doesn’t know what to do with the bad stuff. So what I do with the bad stuff is vital. I do NOT do bad stuff then.
I had to have my gallbladder removed after it infected my pancreas. Think of it as I needed to protect the organ that enables my food that I put into my mouth be digested and distributed correctly.
It starts with feeling sick every time you eat what your stomach cannot digest. There were SO many signs that I was doing harm. Over the years I would get used to this feeling of “I am going to die” and “I can’t breathe or “I feel like I am going to pass out or collapse” Without remembering what I had eaten before this horrible feeling.
Paying attention to the detail was not what I was doing. But my stomach was. And it was battling to seperate good from bad. Tiny, tiny and then bigger balls of “junk” were starting to form in my gallbladder.
Internal organ failure as a result of my failure to put in my mouth what my internal organs can digest. The pancreas relies on the stomach, the stomach relies on the entrance of the body which is the mouth.
And right there, in all of it, is this tiny wormlike sac, the ugliest organ minimised for its size.
The gallbladder. Not having that significantly important organ made me respect it in its absence. No filter. No stupidity and ignorance. Taking care of my pancreas. There’s a loss of 10% on it but I will respect and take care of the 90%
I am SO sorry my ex gallbladder……😞
